I stepped into leadership training without really knowing what it was all about.

My sister had experienced some major transformative changes in the past few months and I was a little bit peeved that she had leapt forward in her personal development when I had been working on myself for years and didn’t feel I was making as rapid progress as she had just demonstrated. I wanted to get what she had got!

Now, if you know anything about leadership training… part of it is about how to inspire others to enrol in what you are leading. Well my sister was leading the way and without any resistance from me she achieved an extremely easy enrolment! Talk about low lying fruit… I was already nearly falling off the tree myself!

So when she said, “Hey Sis, do you want to do this training I’ve just done?”… I was in… especially since our relationship had just taken a leap for the better. I could really tell she had experienced some massive shifts in her past ‘issues’ and I could see that investing in the same training would be worth both my time and money.

The challenge for me was to find the money to step in. Well that’s also part of the leadership training… it starts from when you make that commitment to take that leap forward. You don’t know how you are going to find the money… AND… you know you are determined to do the work… so you trust in the Universe and sure enough, the magic happens and you are in the training. Ready to discover more about yourself, how you interact in the world and ready to shift limiting beliefs and patterns that stop you from creating the life you know you are here for.
